At RallyProducts we offer all our clients a complete one-year replacement warranty on all Rally products including our brakes, radiators, condensers, heaters, coolers and other automobile equipment and accessories

Warranty Terms & Conditions:

WHAT IS COVERED

Should any part that you purchase from Rally Products fail during the first year from the date of purchase, we will replacethe part at no additional cost.

Our warranty covers strictly manufacturing defects, excluding all labor and ancillary charges such as collection.

Customer may claim their warranty through our main Dubai office directly or via any of our regional authorized distributors.

In order to submit a warranty request the following must be provided:

– A copy of your original invoice.
– The receipts for labor printed on the garage or service center invoice or letterhead.

All parts purchased from Rally must beprofessionally installed by a garage or service center in order to qualify for labor reimbursement. Self-installed units are not eligible for labor reimbursement.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Your warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:
-Failure due to accident or collision
-Improper installation of any equipment or part
-Misuse, abuse, modification, vehicles used off-road or for racing purposes
-Chemical fallout, tree sap, salt, hail, or other environmental conditions
-Vehicles under manufacturer’s recall for a related problem
